Description

Our handmade lasagna tastes much better if you carefully follow the suggestions below.

We suggest defrosting the lasagna based on the ambient temperature. This could take up to 8 hours. This method will shorten the cooking time and ensure even cooking.
The lasagna can be defrosted in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Once defrosted, consume within 2 to 3 days.

Cooking times
  • Preheat oven to 420/430ºF (depends on your oven) and loosely tent tray with aluminium foil
  • Cooking time (defrosted)
    • Small: 60 min
    • Medium: 70 min
    • Big: 90 min
  • Cooking time (frozen)
    • Small: 75 min
    • Medium: 90 min
    • Big: 120 min
  • Remove foil and return to oven for another 10-15 mins to brown the top
  • Remove from oven and let rest 10 min before enjoying
